I chose a warm font and colour palette to reflect the heart of the service: offering a welcoming, approachable space for the cohort.
Since the purpose is to support and guide them, the soft, inviting visuals help ease any intimidation and foster a sense of comfort, care, and trust right from the start.

The illustration style uses authentic, organic lines to reflect the real, imperfect beauty of human connection. By showcasing diverse characters in both appearance and expression, the visuals emphasise inclusivity and ensure everyone in the cohort feels seen, valued, and represented. The hand-drawn feel reinforces warmth, honesty, and a human-first approach.

The website design combines bold yet warm tones - like rich reds and soft oranges - to create a welcoming and energising atmosphere.
These colours invite users in with a sense of warmth and care, while hints of blue add balance and a refreshing contrast, suggesting clarity and trust. The overall visual language is crafted to feel both grounded and uplifting, supporting users as they navigate the site with comfort and ease.
